a super good and light dish

ingredients
6 dried tomatoes
½ onion
4 potatoes
800 g cooked lentils
Salt
Breadcrumbs
Olive oil
1 clove of garlic

How to make lentil meatloaf?
Drain the lentils and place them in a bowl.

Clean the tubers and cook them in a pan with salted water.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Add the potatoes to the lentils.

Also add the garlic, onion and chopped dried tomatoes.

Salt, pepper and mix.

Add the breadcrumbs and quickly beat the mixture.

Transfer it to a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Roll up using baking paper, then seal the ends.

Cook for an hour.

Leave to cool for about ten minutes, remove the baking paper and serve the lentil meatloaf.
