A Creamy, Crunchy and Super Tasty Dish

ingredients
1 stalk of celery
1 carrot
1 onion
1 l of reduced vegetable broth
1 sprig of rosemary
8 cl of liquid cream
200 g of shelled walnuts
8 chicken legs
Pepper
Salt
Olive oil

Preparation
How to prepare chicken stew with walnuts?
Blend half of the walnuts and set the rest aside.

Peel the onion and carrot, chop them together with the celery.

Brown them in a pan with the rosemary and a drizzle of oil.

Add the chicken and nuts.

Brown for a few moments.

Add a third of the broth.

Cover halfway and cook for about ten minutes, adding more broth every time it has been absorbed.

Leave to cook for another 10 minutes.

Pour in the cream.

Add chopped walnuts, salt and pepper.

Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce has thickened.

Serve the chicken stew with walnuts.
