Chocolate cake with a creamy heart: with pieces of chocolate that make it irresistible and inviting

200 g of chocolate cream
100 g of dark chocolate
8 cl of oil
10 cl of milk
3 eggs
100 g of sugar
1 sachet of yeast
30 g of bitter cocoa powder
230 g of flour

How to prepare a creamy chocolate cake?
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar.

Pour in the oil, then the milk, continuing to beat.

Sift the flour and gradually add it to the mixture.

Add the sifted yeast and cocoa.

Mix well.

Transfer the dough into a 24cm mold lined with baking paper.

Coarsely chop the chocolate and distribute it into small pieces over the dough.

Cook for 40 minutes.

Wait for the cake to cool, cut it in half and fill it with the chocolate cream.

Serve the chocolate cake with a creamy center.
