Oatmeal and nut bars: a delicious and healthy snack

ingredients
1 teaspoon of bitter cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of olive oil
8 dates
80 g of walnuts
100 g of oat flakes
120 g of chocolate without added sugar

How to prepare chocolate bars with oatmeal and nuts?
Soak the dates for a quarter of an hour in boiling water.

Mix the oat flakes with the cocoa.

Add 50 g of walnuts and mix again.

Add the drained and pitted dates.

Mix again.

Transfer the result into a bowl.

Add honey and mix.

Take a portion of the mixture at a time and form small squares.

Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Freeze for 2 hours.

Melt the chopped chocolate in a bain-marie.

Add the oil and the rest of the chopped nuts.

Mix well.

Dip the bars in this mixture, covering them completely.

Leave to harden and serve the oatmeal and nut chocolate bars.
