Garlic Mushrooms with Parmesan Cheese – Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500 g mushrooms, cleaned and cut into slices
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 cup white wine (optional)
- 1/2 cup vegetable or chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley to decorate
Instructions:
