Quesadilla


Ingredients

1 ½ cup of milk

2pounds of rice flour

1 cup unsalted butter

½ cup sour cream

½ pound of hard cheese

1 cup of Cream

1 ½ cup of Sugar

½ spoon of baking powder

4 Eggs

Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1 :

The first step is to blend the hard cheese in the blender. Once the ground cheese is ready, we are going to add a cup of milk, the cheese, the sour cream and the normal cream.

Step 2 :

We mix all the ingredients until we obtain a homogeneous mixture and let it rest.

Step 3 :

We begin to beat the 4 eggs for 5 minutes, when the egg has a yellowish color at that time we add the two ( pounds) of rice flour and we incorporate it little by little.

Step 4 :

When the flour is well mixed, add the previously melted butter along with a cup of milk.

Step 5:

At this point, pour the milk with the cheese that we had resting together with the sugar, ½ tablespoon of baking powder and a few cinnamon sticks to taste.

Step 6:

At this moment we are going to grease our molds that we will use to bake our quesadillas, try to do it with plenty of butter or lard so that our mixture does not stick.

Step 7:

When we have the molds well greased, we proceed to fill them with our mixture. Try not to fill too much. We put it in the oven at 350 degrees, it has to be previously hot.

Step 8:

We let it bake for around 30 to 45 minutes.

Step 9:

Make sure they don’t burn, try not to open the oven too much as this can ruin our quesadillas.

Step 10:

Ready. We are ready to taste.
