Stuffed courgettes with sardines, cherry tomatoes and cheese: succulent and light

ingredients
100 g of grated low-fat cheese
2 tablespoons of grated parmesan
3 cans of natural sardines
3 courgettes
Pepper
Salt
Dried garlic
Aromatic herbs
Parsley
Spring onions
Tomato slices 1
tablespoon of olive oil

Preparation
How to make courgettes stuffed with sardines with tomato and cheese?
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Wash the courgettes, cut them in half and carefully remove the pulp.

Salt, pepper and season with dried garlic.

In a bowl, mash the sardines with a fork.

Add the chopped spring onions and a little grated cheese, then mix.

Stuff the courgettes with this mixture and place them in an oiled baking dish.

Add the tomato slices, salt, chopped herbs, remaining cheeses and chopped parsley.

Cook the courgettes stuffed with sardines, cherry tomatoes and cheese for about half an hour.
