1 teaspoon thick natural yoghurt (or sour cream)
Juice of 1 lemon
3 eggs
100g rice and corn flour mixture
150ml milk
800g apples

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

Wash the apples and slice them thinly without peeling them.

Place them in a large bowl and sprinkle them with lemon juice.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and yogurt.

Add the flours and yeast.

Mix well.

Incorporate this apple batter, mixing with a spatula.

Line a rectangular mold with baking paper and transfer the mixture into it.

Cook for 40 minutes.

Serve the gluten-free invisible apple pie.
