1 light shortcrust pastry

How to prepare quiche Lorraine without cream?
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Spread the dough in a mold with its baking paper and prick it with a fork.
Peel the onion and slice it.
Cut the ham into cubes.
Place them in a fat-free pan with 100 g of white cheese and cook for a quarter of an hour.
Beat the eggs with the mustard and the remaining cheese.
Stir in the Emmental and ham.
Mix well.
Garnish the shortcrust pastry with this mixture.
Cook the quiche Lorraine without cream for half an hour.
