200 g of fresh tuna
400 g of paccheri

2 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of parsley

How to make paccheri with tuna and tomato sauce?
Rinse, dry and chop the parsley.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.
Brown the garlic in a pan with oil.
Add the fish pieces.
Pour the wine and season.
Add the desalted capers, then the cherry tomatoes.
Continue cooking for 10 minutes.
Add the parsley and cover.
Leave to cook for a few minutes.
Cook the pasta and drain it al dente.
Add them to the other ingredients and mix.
