4 apples

How to prepare fat-free apple and cinnamon cake?
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Wash the apples, cut them into small pieces (do not peel them) and sprinkle them with cinnamon.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the erythritol, vanilla sugar and salt.
After 4 minutes add the milk.
Sift the flour with the yeast and add them to the mixture while continuing to beat.
Line a 29 x 19 cm mold with baking paper.
Arrange the apples there and cover them with the dough, leveling it.
Bake the fat-free apple and cinnamon cake for about 35 minutes.
Leave to cool, turn out, dust with icing sugar and serve.
