400 g of sausage
½ kg of potatoes
½ kg of cabbage
2 sprigs of rosemary

How to prepare potato casserole with cabbage and sausage?
Peel the tubers, rinse them and cut them into cubes.
Peel and slice the onion.
Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage, cut it into strips and wash it, then drain it.
Cut the sausage into small pieces.
In a large pan, cook the potatoes with the oil.
After 4 minutes add the onion and sausage.
Cook for 8 minutes, then add the cabbage and salt.
Pour the wine and let it evaporate.
Leave to cook for ten minutes.
Add the chopped rosemary and serve the potato flan with cabbage and sausage.
