What ingredients are needed to make this pan recipe?
2 aubergines
200 ml of tomato puree
150 g of mozzarella
50 g of mozzarella
3 tablespoons of parmesan
1 clove of garlic
Here are the steps to follow to make your stringy aubergines in a pan
Cut the aubergines into medium-sized slices and leave to rest for a few minutes.
Oil a pan, add a whole clove of garlic and a few spoonfuls of tomato puree.
Turn on the stove.
Cook the garlic lightly, then remove it. Add the aubergine slices, parmesan and sliced mozzarella.
If the pan is small, arrange the aubergine slices in layers.
Cook for about 15 minutes to soften the aubergines. Then add the mozzarella pieces and a pinch of parsley.
Turn off the heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
