How to prepare salmon meatballs with creamy lemon sauce?
Chop the bread and soak it for a few minutes in a bowl of milk.
Cut the fish into small pieces.
Mix them with the garlic, citrus zest, parsley, salt and pepper.
Transfer to a bowl and add the softened bread.
Mix well.
Add the breadcrumbs, then the eggs.
Mix again.
Form the meatballs and cook them in a non-stick pan with the previously melted butter.
Prepare the sauce by heating the oil with the garlic in another pan.
Add the milk, lemon juice and butter.
Stir and cook until thickened.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
