As we said, we will see how to clean the tracks of doors and windows using natural products that you can surely find in your kitchen. You will need baking soda and white vinegar . First you will have to open the window and sprinkle some baking soda on the track and then pour the vinegar.
This will create a fizzy mixture that will form a foam. Leave it to act for about 10 minutes and then start cleaning . Take an old toothbrush and scrub especially on the cracks bringing all the dirt towards the center of the track. After doing this step take some absorbent paper and collect the dirt.
Then take a cloth and dampen it. Pass it over the track, removing any remaining dirt . If you notice that there is still dirt accumulated in the corners of the track, you can help yourself to remove it with a butter knife with a rounded tip so as not to damage it.
Give it a final wipe with a clean, damp cloth and you’re done. In 5 minutes you’ll have cleaned your window track and it’s now spotless . This isn’t a cleaning you’ll have to do every day, but to keep the dirt from building up too much, it’s best to do it every 1 or 2 months or so.
