Very white cloths without bleach, the remedy is just this: 5 times stronger

Get very white clothes without bleach as if you had just bought them: here is the procedure to follow.

We all want our  clothing  to stay as beautiful and in perfect condition as possible   This is especially true for  white items , which tend to  yellow  over time. Many use  bleach  to solve this  problem . This ingredient, however, like all  chemicals , is harmful to  health  and can also damage  tissues  and make them become  fragile . Luckily there are at least  4 natural remedies  to  replace bleach  with even more effective results. Let’s see what they are.

Bleach, be careful of chemicals

Bleach  , also known as  sodium hypochlorite , is a powerful  disinfectant  that is often used to  whiten fabrics  and remove  tough stains  from clothing. However, bleach can be  harmful  to your  health  if used  incorrectly .

Exposure to  bleach can cause  irritation of the skin ,  eyes  and  respiratory tract , causing  coughing  and  difficulty breathing . Additionally, inhaling  bleach vapors  can  irritate  the respiratory system and cause  headaches and dizziness.

If  ingested ,  bleach  can cause damage to the  gastrointestinal tract  and  respiratory tract , and is extremely  toxic  if  ingested  in large quantities.

Therefore, many prefer to use  products  that are as  natural as  possible to protect their  white clothes.

Very white cloths without bleach, using vinegar and bicarbonate

Fortunately, there are several  natural remedies  that can  replace bleach  and that can  whiten fabrics  effectively. One of these remedies is white vinegar.  The acetic acid  in white vinegar  helps  remove stubborn stains  from fabrics and can also act as a  natural fabric softener .

To use, just add  half  or  a cup  of  white vinegar  to  your washing powder  and wash as normal. If the clothes have  stains  in specific places, such as the  armpits  or the  neck , we can  apply vinegar  to these places  before washing  and leave it to act for at least  an hour , then wash normally.

Another natural remedy is  baking soda . This   common cooking  ingredient is a powerful fabric whitener . Simply add  half a glass  of bicarbonate of soda to  the detergent drawer  and  wash  as normal. This way,  white fabrics  will become  whiter and brighter .

Lemon juice and milk: another alternative

Lemon juice is   another  natural ingredient  perfect for obtaining  white and fragrant cloths . This ingredient is  acidic , which is why it helps  remove stains  from fabrics.

We can use it by pouring the juice of 2 lemons into a tray   for every  liter of water.  Then we insert the  clothes  into the tub and leave  to soak for half an hour , after which we wash them in the  washing machine  at a temperature of  40°  and dry  in the open air.

Finally,  milk  is a surprising ingredient that can  whiten  cotton  or  more  delicate fabrics . We can exploit its  whitening power  by pouring the amount of  milk  we need into a  basin  and immersing the clothes, which we leave to soak for  an hour . In addition to  whitening , the milk will act as a  softener .

In conclusion, there are many  alternatives  to  bleach  that can help keep  fabrics white  without damaging them. White vinegar , baking  soda ,  lemon juice  , and  milk  are all  natural remedies  that can help  whiten  fabrics effectively.

By using these  natural remedies , we can keep our  tissues white and bright  without  damaging them  or compromising our  health .
