a fantastic Spanish recipe


Here is a fresh and succulent menu of Spanish origin. Shrimp and chickpea salad is great for lunch. Everyone will be won over by this inviting and tasty dish. I made it with simple ingredients that go great together. Discover the recipe and try it!

ingredients
4 slices of bread
300 g of cooked chickpeas
250 g of tomatoes
80 g of olives
1 cucumber
400 g of peeled prawns
1 spring onion
2 peppers
Olive oil
Vinegar
Salt
Coriander

How to prepare shrimp salad with chickpeas?

Clean the peppers and cut them into pieces.

Slice the spring onion.

Brown the prawns in a pan with a drizzle of oil.

Remove them and replace them with peppers and spring onion.

Let them cook, then put them on a plate.

Pour a drizzle of oil into the same pan and brown the bread, then cut it into small pieces.

Place the vegetables, tomato and cucumber pieces in a large bowl.

Drain the chickpeas and add them to the other ingredients.

Add the shrimp.

Prepare an emulsion with vinegar and oil, then pour it into the bowl.

Salt and mix.

Add the bread and place in the fridge for ten minutes.

The shrimp and chickpea salad is ready to taste.
