How to make vegetable pie?
Clean the vegetables and cut them into pieces of equal size, but do not mix them.
Peel and slice the onion.
Brown it in a pan with oil.
Incorporate the vegetables starting with those that require more cooking;
Add the water and cook covered for 10 minutes.
Add salt and pepper and leave to cool.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Place the vegetables in a bowl.
Add the ricotta, diced cheese and grated parmesan.
Add the chopped herbs and egg.

Unroll the dough with its baking paper into a 26-28 cm mold with a removable bottom, leaving the ends to protrude from the edges of the mould.
