Half a glass of milk
1 mozzarella
2 tablespoons of grated parmesan
100 g of cooked ham
80 g of smoked scamorza
1 kg of potatoes
3 eggs
Olive oil
Breadcrumbs
Salt
Pepper
Parsley

How to make potato cake with ham and 3 cheeses?
Clean the potatoes and cook them in a pan with water until they are tender.

Drain them and let them cool so you can handle them.

Peel them and place them in a bowl.

Blend them with a fork, add salt and pepper.

Pour in the milk and mix.

Add the eggs, diced mozzarella and scamorza.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Add the diced ham and the grated parmesan.

Mix everything well.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Oil a baking tray and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs.

Transfer the preparation there and equalize it.

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and drizzle with oil.

Bake the potato cake with ham and 3 cheeses for about 35 minutes.
