Creamy and full-bodied peach ice cream


Prepare your peach ice cream following the classic procedure or the Thermomix method. In both cases you will get a beautiful, creamy and full-bodied cream. The taste and aroma of peach are very pronounced. Enjoy your peach ice cream after meals or as a snack.

ingredients
Thermomix process:
300 g of peaches
60 g of sugar
100 ml of crème fraîche

Classic procedure:
250 g fresh peaches
120 g icing sugar
170 ml condensed milk
200 g fresh cream

Preparation
How to make peach ice cream?
For the Thermomix process:
Wash the peaches carefully, peel them and dry them with absorbent paper. Cut them into pieces and put them in a bag. Store in the freezer so that the fruit freezes well.

Pour the sugar into the Thermomix glass and pulverize for 10 seconds at speed 8. Add the frozen peaches and mix again for 10 seconds at speed 8. Collect the bottom and add the cold cream. Mix for 30 seconds on speed 4.

For the classic procedure:
Wash the peaches carefully and dry them with absorbent paper. Peel them and cut them into pieces. Pour them into the blender and mix well. Transfer to a bowl and mix with 2 tablespoons of icing sugar. Carefully add the condensed milk to the cream. Mix everything with slow up and down movements.

Place the bowl in the freezer for an hour. Stir the mixture every 20 minutes to make it creamier. Remove the peach ice cream from the freezer when ready to serve.
