1 tablespoon grated parmesan
2 tomatoes
2 tablespoons sour cream
4 eggs
5 tablespoons flour
1 courgette
Salt

Preparation
How to make the courgette and cherry tomato omelette?
Wash the courgettes, grate them and squeeze them with your hands, then place them in a bowl.
Also wash the tomatoes, slice one and cut the other into cubes.
Add them to the courgettes.
Add the beaten eggs and the chopped parsley.
Salt and pepper.
Add the sour cream and mix.
Also add the flour.
Mix well.
Pour a drizzle of oil into a non-stick pan.
Transfer the mixture to it and cook it on both sides.
Add the tomato slices, parmesan, basil and chilli.
Cook the courgette and tomato omelette with the lid on for a quarter of an hour, over low heat.
