300 g of cherry tomatoes
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 aubergine
½ kg of chicken breast
Pepper
Salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Cut the aubergines and meat into cubes.

Peel the onion and garlic, chop them.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.

Heat the oil in a pan.

Brown the chicken breast.

Salt and pepper.

Remove it and replace it with onion and garlic.

Brown them for 3 minutes, then add the diced aubergines.

Leave to cook for another 3 minutes.

Add the cherry tomatoes and continue cooking at the same time.

Adjust the seasoning and return the meat to the pan.
