Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Beat them until stiff with a pinch of sugar.
Beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar.
Pour in the milk, then the oil.
Add the flour and beat everything.
Gently fold in the egg whites, mixing up and down.
Divide the dough in half.
Incorporate the cocoa into one of them.
Butter a 22-24 cm mold.
Pour the white mixture, then the cocoa mixture.
Mix with a spoon.
