1 tablespoon of mustard
5 cl of white wine
1 clove of garlic
1 onion
120 g of mushrooms
600 g of fresh salmon

How to prepare creamy salmon with mushrooms and mustard?

Clean the mushrooms and slice them.

Cut the fresh salmon into cubes.

Peel the garlic and onion, then chop them.

Brown them in a pan with hot oil.

Add the mushrooms.

Pour in the wine and cook for 8 minutes.

Stir in the fish.

Salt and pepper.

Continue cooking for 2 minutes.

Mix the mustard with the cream and add the mixture obtained to the preparation.

Cook for another 3 minutes.
