Half a sachet of yeast
125 g of yogurt
120 g of sugar
2 apples
2 eggs
5 cl of sunflower seed oil
5 cl of partially skimmed milk
270 g of flour
Powdered sugar
Vanilla powder

How to prepare apple and yogurt muffins?
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl.

Pour in the oil, then the milk, continuing to beat.

Add the yogurt and vanilla.

Sift the flour over the mixture.

Incorporate the yeast.

Wash the apples, peel them and cut them into small pieces, then add half to the mixture.

Divide the dough into the muffin mold and add the rest of the apples on top.

Bake the apple and yogurt muffins for 25 minutes.

Leave to cool, dust with icing sugar and enjoy.
