Are you looking for a light and substantial menu to please the whole family? Opt for this fabulous vegetable and scamorza tart. It is rich in taste. I prepared it with a very soft dough and a succulent filling. The whole thing is a real delight. Here we are with the recipe!

200 g of scamorza
1 onion
2 carrots
2 courgettes
1 yellow pepper
1 red chilli pepper
1 roll of wholemeal puff pastry
Dried oregano
Breadcrumbs
Salt
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation
How to make the vegetable and scamorza tart?
Wash the carrots and courgettes, cut them into slices.
Clean the peppers and also cut them into slices.
Peel the onion and slice it rather thinly.
Slice the scamorza.
In a non-stick pan, heat the oil.
Brown the garlic, then remove it.
Add the vegetables and cook them for ten minutes, then season with salt.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
Unroll the puff pastry and roll it out into a disc.
Place it in a 22-24 cm mold with its baking paper, eliminate the excess.
Prick it with a fork and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs.
Garnish with half the vegetables, scamorza and oregano.
Cover with the rest of the vegetables.
Cut the remaining dough into strips and place them on top of the filling.
Fold the edges of the dough.
Cook the vegetable and scamorza tart for 45 minutes.
