How to make the piadina basket filled with mozzarella and cherry tomatoes?

Place the piadina in a 20 cm round mold, forming a basket.

Brush with oil.

Cook the piadina for about twenty minutes in a fan oven preheated to 190 degrees or 9 minutes in the air fryer.
