Potato pancakes: how to make them in just a few steps!


Crispy on the outside and so flavorful on the inside, this recipe is a must! good preparation dear fans.

ingredients

  • 1 kg (2 lb) boiled potatoes
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100 g (1 cup) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • breadcrumbs to cover
  • 1 block of mozzarella

Preparation

  1. Peel and mash the cooked potatoes.
  2. Mix the mashed potatoes with salt, pepper, nutmeg, egg yolks and parmesan.
  3. Cut the cheese into rectangles.
    Take a few spoonfuls of mashed potatoes and form a pie, wrap it around the cheese making sure it is completely covered.
  4. Beat 2 eggs and cover each potato pancake with the egg and breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry for 6-7 minutes or until evenly browned.
