To save money on our bills, many of us dust off the old broom in the closet. If it was previously relegated to the simple task of sweeping terraces and balconies, now it is back in fashion. It has zero impact on consumption and allows you to polish the floors, but… So many fights with the shovel over that thin line of dust that always remains at the end of your company.
It seems impossible to pick it up properly. Round and round it goes, little changes, it remains there as a reminder of glorious work, carried out in an artisanal manner, but it is certainly not a medal of bravery! Indeed!

Science also advises us to keep our home clean and shiny, only in this way do we avoid the spread of viruses and bacteria. But if we can’t get rid of that stubborn line of dust left behind, we might as well get rid of it! Luckily there is a brilliant trick that allows us to save the goat and the cabbage: reduce energy expenditure by using the broom effectively, without any waste, with a simple bag! For our copper tiles to be really effective on the floor of the kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, just wrap the broom in a plastic bag. Position it so that it completely covers the bristles and tie it around the handle to prevent it from slipping right on the nicest one.
Now use it as usual, you will immediately notice that that line of dust remains attached to the plastic. The reason? The static electricity that develops due to friction with the ground acts as a magnetizing force for the dirt particles that settle in the bag. When you’re done cleaning, all you have to do is untie it, turn it over, and throw it in the trash.
On closer inspection, you will see that your “new” broom will have accumulated: hair, dander, hair, crumbs and dust all at once. With all due respect to your wallet!
