To combat humidity, remember to ventilate the rooms well, especially the bathroom and kitchen. Open the windows wide, especially on good weather days, and let the sun shine in to dry the rooms well.

Place a filled container under the bed or nearby, add a few drops of essential oil to the lavender to promote relaxation and sleep.

After 4 or 5 days, check the container: you will notice that some of the salt has dissolved and a colorless liquid has collected at the bottom. This is the signal that indicates the exact moment when it should be replaced.
