Ingredients :
- 250 g cheese , Emmentaler, Appenzeller or similar, sliced
- 250 g whipped cream
- 200 g of ham or smoked meat
- 500 g of cutlet, cut in half or fillets
- 2 large onions, sliced or cut into strips
- 120g cheese, grated, preferably the same as the slices
- Salt and pepper
- Paprika
Preparation :
1. First, season the slices of meat and arrange them in vertical layers, alternating them with the onions, cheese and ham, in a saucepan as narrow as possible.
2. now lightly beat the cups of cream and distribute them over the meat in layers, complete with the grated cheese and cook in the oven at 170° with convection for 50-60 minutes, depending on the meat.
When the meat is cooked, you can drain the broth and thicken it or leave it as is. Glazed potatoes, spaetzle or even dumplings and a salad go very well together.
(You can use any type of meat, even beef, but it needs to last a little longer.)
