2 apples
1 puff pastry
1 egg for brushing sugar icing

METHOD
Peel the apples and cut them into rings. Remove the middle section with the tool.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into strips with a pizza cutter. Take the apple rings and pass through the strips of dough to create the flower shape.
Put the rolls in the oven, brush with egg and sprinkle with sugar before baking.
Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes and decorate with powdered sugar.
