Cooked quickly with simple ingredients: mushroom spaghetti from the pan OBERLECKER!

Ingredients

1 bunch of spring onions

1 onion

500 g mushrooms

500g spaghetti

salt and pepper

200 ml vegetable broth

200 g double cream cheese

Vi bunch of fresh thyme or some dried thyme

2 tablespoons butter for frying

preparation

Cut the spring onions into fine rings and dice the onion finely.

Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente.

Meanwhile, heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the onion cubes in it.

Add the mushrooms and sauté for another 2 minutes.

Add the broth and stir in the cream cheese, cook for 5 minutes.

Finely chop the thyme leaves and add to the sauce with the spring onions.

Season with salt and pepper.
