100 g of grated parmesan
400 g of sausage
300 g of champignon mushrooms
12 cl of cream
60 cl of tomato puree
320 g of rigatoni
Pepper
Salt
Olive oil
1 onion
1 clove of garlic

How to make rigatoni with sausage and tomato sauce?
Peel and chop the onion.
Brown it in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
Add the sausage pieces.
Continue cooking until golden brown.
Add the tomato sauce and cook covered for ten minutes.
Clean the mushrooms.
Cook them in a pan with the peeled garlic and a drizzle of oil.
Season with salt and pour in the cream.
Leave to thicken over very low heat.
Mix and pour into the saucepan.
Add salt and basil.
Leave the sauce to reduce uncovered.
Cook the rigatoni following the instructions on the package.
Drain them al dente and add them to the other ingredients, together with the cheese.
