150 g of breadcrumbs
150 g of light cheese
1 leek
3 courgettes
700 g of fresh spinach
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
1 clove of garlic

Clean and chop the leek.

Peel and grate the garlic.

Brown them in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil.

Add the chopped spinach and salt.

Cook covered for 5 minutes.

Season with pepper and continue cooking at the same time.

Wash the courgettes, remove the ends and cut them into thin slices lengthwise.

Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with oil and mix.

Dip them in breadcrumbs.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Arrange a layer of courgettes.

Add the spinach to the leeks.
