1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of honey
Grated zest of 1 orange
1 pinch of salt
2 eggs
8 cl of oil
80 ml of orange juice
50 g of stevia
150 g of flour
Grated coconut
Preparation
How to prepare the honey, coconut and orange cake?
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Line an 18cm mold with baking paper.
Grease it with butter and sprinkle it with flour.
Beat the eggs with the stevia and a pinch of salt.
Add the oil.
Beat manually.
Add the juice and grated orange zest, as well as the yeast.
Add the sifted flour twice.
Mix well to have a homogeneous paste.
Pour it into the mold.
Cook for half an hour.
Remove from the oven and spread honey over the surface.
Sprinkle with grated coconut.
Serve the honey, coconut and orange cake.
