100 g walnuts
1 apple
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 egg yolk
100 g softened butter
80 g sugar
100 g cooked pumpkin puree
280 g flour Icing

Preparation
How to make apple pie with pumpkin and walnuts?
Place the flour on the work surface and make a well in the centre.
Add the sugar, pumpkin puree, baking powder, egg yolk, cinnamon and butter.
Mix everything until it forms a dough.
Divide it in two.
Film one and put it in the refrigerator.
Roll out the other dough with your hands.
Wash the apple and cut it into small pieces.
Add half of it to the second dough.
Also add plenty of dried fruit and mix everything together, then freeze the mixture for a quarter of an hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Butter and flour a mold.
Transfer the cold dough and spread it with the jam.
Cover it with the frozen dough, crumbling it.
Add the remaining nuts.
Bake apple pie with pumpkin and nuts for half an hour.
Leave to cool, decorate with icing sugar and serve.
