Mixed apple pie with raisins and nuts: so moist and delicious

ingredients
3 eggs
450 g of apples
150 g of sugar
270 g of flour
80 g of corn oil
1 sachet of baking powder
Grated zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 and a half lemon
1 pinch of salt
80 g of walnut kernels
50 g of raisins

Preparation
How to make mixed apple cake with raisins and nuts?
Before starting, wash the apples and cut them into small pieces.

Weigh them, they must weigh 450 g.

Soak the raisins in a bowl of water.

Preheat the static oven to 170 degrees.

Butter and flour a 24cm round mould.

Classic method
Chop the walnuts.

Mix the apples with the lemon juice.

Add the oil and citrus zest.

Add the sugar and salt, mix again.

Then add the flour with the yeast.

Blend again until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Thermomix method
Chop the nuts for 7 seconds at high speed and store them in a bowl.

Blend the apples with the citrus juice for 30 seconds at speed 4.

Mix with a spatula and mix for another 30 seconds, but increasing the speed to 5.

Pour in the oil.

Add the grated lemon zest, sugar and salt.

Mix everything for 40 seconds, always at speed 5.

Mix with the spatula and incorporate the flour with the yeast, mixing for 30 seconds at speed 3.

With a spatula, bring the mixture from the edges towards the center.

Work everything for 30 seconds at speed 5.

The rest for the 2 methods
Transfer the dough into the mold and level it.

Squeeze the raisins and arrange them on the surface, together with the walnuts.

Cook for about 35 minutes.

Leave to cool, unmold and serve the apple pie mixed with raisins and nuts.
