2 onions
600 g potatoes
8 eggs
Pepper
Salt
1 tablespoon olive oil

How to prepare the Spanish tortilla?

Peel the potatoes, rinse them and cut them into 5 mm slices.

Cook them for a quarter of an hour in a pan with boiling salted water.

Peel and chop the onions.

Brown them in a pan with the previously heated oil.

Drain the tubers and add them to the onion.

Leave to cook for 8 minutes.

Transfer everything into a large bowl.

Add the beaten eggs, salt and pepper.

Mix everything well.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Pour the mixture into a mold lined with baking paper.

Cook the Spanish tortilla for about twenty minutes.
