1 green onion
18 cl of crème fraîche with 4% fat
2 cloves of garlic
600 g of cod fillet

How to prepare cod with mustard and crème fraîche?
Peel the garlic and chop it with the green onion.
Cut the cod into large pieces and pat them dry with absorbent paper.
Salt and pepper.
Brown it in a pan with hot oil.
Remove the fish from the pan and replace it with garlic and green onion.
Leave to cook for 5 minutes.
