Let’s go to the kitchen to prepare this fabulous courgette and tuna quiche. This is a super good and light recipe. He will conquer everyone. To make it, just follow my instructions carefully. In the end you will get a really tasty and appetizing quiche. Here we are with the recipe.

100 g of smoked scamorza
80 g of black olives
1 onion
250 g of pasta matta
10 cl of crème fraîche
2 eggs
1 courgette
200 g of natural tuna
Olive oil
Pepper
Salt

How to make courgette and tuna quiche?

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Line a 24 cm round mold with moistened and squeezed baking paper, spreading it on the bottom and edges.

Clean the courgettes and cut them into pieces.

Peel and slice the onion.

Brown it with a drizzle of oil in a pan.

Add the courgettes and let everything cook.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until you obtain a thin sheet of 5 mm.

Put it in the mold.

Add the drained and crumbled tuna, then the courgettes, the diced scamorza and the chopped olives.

Beat the eggs and cream in a bowl.

Salt, pepper and mix.

Pour this mixture over the filling.

Cook the courgette and tuna quiche for half an hour.
