Tuna and tomato cake: an excellent recipe for an easy and tasty snack!

INGREDIENTS
250g cream cheese
200g drained tuna
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
salt cherry
tomatoes lettuce

sandwich bread arugula
PREPARATION

Prepare
the filling by combining the cream cheese with the mayonnaise, tuna, diced cherry tomatoes, lettuce and salt. Spread this mixture on three slices of crustless sandwich bread. Wrap the “cake” in cling film and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Once ready to serve, decorate it with rocket, cherry tomatoes and a little olive oil!
