Summer salad for weight loss


Ingredients :

  • 1 yellow pepper
  • cucumber
  • 1 jar of feta cheese with olives
  • 1 red pepper
  • pepper , green
  • 220 g of dates or cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 large spring onions, with vegetables
  • dill
  • salt and pepper
  • a little vinegar
  • maybe olive oil

Preparation :

1. Start by washing the peppers, removing the seeds and cutting them into cubes. Then peel, halve and quarter the cucumber and cut it into small pieces.

2. Next, wash and halve the tomatoes, cut the spring onions into thin rings and put everything in a large bowl.

3. add the feta cheese with the oil and olives, salt and pepper, add a good drop of vinegar and add the dill you prefer. Mix everything well, let it rest for a while and it’s ready.

The dish is delicious at a barbecue or simply with a rustic baguette or white bread.
