Washing dishes with bleach, we try to do it and this is what happens

If you don’t have  a dishwasher,  you know how tedious it is to wash dishes by hand. However, to be able to do it quickly, there is a very effective ingredient: bleach.

This product is also very useful when, while we are enjoying the performance of a special appliance, we have few  dishes  to clean and we do not want to run it to avoid unnecessary energy waste.

We are used to using it for white clothes, either by hand or in the washing machine , or to sanitize the floor: we know very well its sanitizing power, its sanitizing load, its properties to eradicate any germ or bacteria.

We also know that  we should not inhale it because it irritates the mucous membranes.  We usually wear gloves when we handle it and repair our clothes, because one splash is enough to ruin it and stain it indelibly. But, perhaps, before now, no one had thought to also use it in the sink, to quickly wash the dishes.

Let’s see how to clean the dishes in a short time.

Wash dishes quickly: bleach works great and saves money

Let’s assume that any  detergent  on the market cleans and dishes thoroughly, both by hand and in the dishwasher, but  it does not disinfect.  Bleach, on the other hand, has these  sanitizing properties  that eradicate any type of germs, viruses, fungi and bacteria.

If until now its use has been relegated to the surfaces of the home, especially in the bathroom or kitchen, now we can also extend it to the sink itself.

However, it is necessary to follow certain rules, which are essential for good success. The result will undoubtedly be satisfactory in terms of deep cleaning, but not only. Bleach allows us to save money on special chemical detergents  and  especially on water , a factor that is vitally important today, given the shortages and continued drought.

Before starting, we must make one more clarification: we recommend that you do not use it on silver, non-stainless steel and aluminum, or you will ruin them irreparably.

Now let’s move on to the procedure: put on rubber gloves and  fill the sink with NOT hot water, otherwise the  cleaning power of the chlorine will evaporate and nullify its effectiveness.

Dilute 1 teaspoon of bleach per liter of water  and soak the dishes for 2 minutes. Now just rinse them with a sponge and let them air dry!

Easy, fast and cheap!
