DIY wood polisher, cheap and effective with 3 natural ingredients

Furniture, coffee tables, chairs, cabinets, cabinets, when made of wood, warm the atmosphere of the home and make it cozy. Keeping this material in perfect condition is essential and  with the DIY wood polisher it will be a piece of cake, or rather a Donna Up!

Only natural, safe, effective but cheap ingredients, this is the secret to treating your home decoration in a truly perfect way. Let’s see together how to proceed.

DIY Wood Polisher – This is how you make a natural, premium product!

To make the DIY wood polisher, we must first have:

  • 100 ml of water
  • 100 ml lemon juice
  • 200 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Let us not overlook, in fact, that the wood, in addition to being clean,  must be deeply nourished , and with this last ingredient,  olive oil , it will be possible to provide it with all  the  necessary substances  for its maximum shine. Vinegar and lemon , on the other hand, will work as  color enhancers , whether natural or treated, your wood will appear at its best.

Filter the juice to remove seeds and pulp residue, add the oil and mix carefully; At this point, combine the vinegar and water, mix and  pour everything into a frother.

Always shake it before use, to distribute all the ingredients in the best possible way, then spray it on surfaces and wipe it with a wool cloth to dry.

Even the most worn and neglected cabinet over the years  will shine again as it did before!

Remember to always eliminate any treatment we apply to the wood. Being a “living” and natural material, in fact,  it absorbs residual moisture.  The consequences? Bumps and halos are always lurking and once too much water has penetrated, it will hardly be possible to remedy them!

We always use soft cloths to avoid scratching it, but if the damage is already done, we spread pure olive oil with a cotton ball and let it act. If the wood looks stained, try using a paste made with a little water and Marseille soap. Wait about ten minutes and wipe the area with a cloth soaked in a drop of oil.
