Meatballs from the oven, I could eat these every day right now


Ingredients :

  • 1 small onion(s), or a cup of fried onions
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup (curry or tomato ketchup)
  • 3 tablespoons water, hot
  • 550 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons paprika powder some herbs, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 cup/s breadcrumbs

Preparation

First mix the water with the paprika powder. Add the mustard, ketchup and egg and continue mixing until the mixture becomes creamy. Then chop the onion and add it to the liquid with the minced meat, herbs and breadcrumbs.

Mix everything well until all the ingredients are combined. Finally, salt and pepper.

Form balls with the dough and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 210° C for approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the meatballs. The meatballs can be browned, because at that point they are particularly crunchy.

Our tip: To save calories, you can also use minced poultry meat.
