Put this in the kitchen: keep flies, mosquitoes and any other insects away

Only one method to eliminate every type of insect, from flies to mosquitoes that will go away quickly.

The  word insect  alarms everyone, there are many of them in the world and each with different characteristics. The repellents that are on the market today are in spray form, rich in chemical agents and preservatives that can pollute and – at the same time – harm your health. Grandma’s advice always leads to a  solution for every type of problem , with something natural that you put in the kitchen and scares away flies, mosquitoes and every type of insect that tries to enter.

Insect, what is it attracted to the house?

Every insect  on Earth has different characteristics, but they are all attracted to something in particular found inside houses. Mosquitoes  look for blood to feed on, while flies and other insects look for easy food and then deposit their eggs in various corners of the house  .

They are fond of sweets,  sugars and even fermented substances  including syrups. However, they do not paint bread crumbs or pieces of food on the tablecloth or taken from dirty dishes in the sink.

The best method to  counter  their arrival is to keep a clean house, do not leave food residues around and close the packages. For mosquitoes it is more difficult, but in any case the advice is to use only  natural repellents.

Respecting nature and not spending money, homemade repellents with natural ingredients are excellent for  keeping insects away  so that they can never return. You play with a mix of smells and flavors that they don’t like, so that they don’t think of depositing eggs in the kitchen or  other home environments.

Natural repellent to ward off insects, from flies to mosquitoes

As mentioned, it is better  to use grandmother’s methods  with economical and non-polluting natural ingredients. In this case, rice vinegar is used, an excellent product that counteracts the arrival of insects in the home (and in every season of the year).

To prepare this repellent, simply  cut a plastic bottle  on the top and then turn it upside down to create a sort of funnel. Immediately afterwards pour a spoonful of rice vinegar into it.

To enhance its repellent effect, it is better to also pour a measuring spoon of dish detergent and then  mix  until a homogeneous substance is created. The odor released is pleasant for humans, while for any type of insect it is unpleasant, almost unbearable.

Flies and mosquitoes  will disappear and will no longer be seen in circulation. As an alternative to rice vinegar you can opt for white wine vinegar, which is also characterized by an acrid and acidic smell.

A recommendation : keep the container in a safe place, away from the curiosity of children and four-legged friends.
