How to peel hard-boiled eggs in seconds: cook them like this

After this time,  we rub the eggs  with a cloth or towel. In this way,  we will clean them  thoroughly, also thanks to the action of  salt and bicarbonate , useful respectively for  sterilizing and softening dirt .

Now we immerse the eggs  in water again  but add a  spoonful of white vinegar.  The latter, meeting with the  calcium carbonate  of which the egg shells are made, will react allowing them to  be peeled more easily .

Once  this step is completed  , put some water  in a pan and add a  teaspoon of salt . The latter is particularly  useful , because the  chloride ions  present in the salt will increase the  space between the shell and the inside  of the egg. When the water  boils , we can immerse our eggs and  let them boil for 8-10 minutes .

Once ready, transfer them to  cold water . When our hard-boiled eggs have  cooled  and are ready to be  peeled ,  beat them lightly  and  pinch the shell , then remove the  pieces  that have been created. We will notice that the peel will come off in  large pieces , almost forming a  whole  and allowing us to peel our hard-boiled eggs in  just a few seconds .
