100 g grated cheese
1 egg
1 onion
1 broccoli

How to prepare potato and broccoli burgers?
Clean the potatoes and cook them for 30 minutes in a pan with salted water.
Clean the broccoli and cut them into florets.
Cut them in half and cook them in a pan with salted water for 2 minutes after boiling.
Drain the broccoli and leave to cool in a bowl.
Peel and chop the onion.
Brown it in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Drain the potatoes, peel them and mash them.
Place them in a bowl.
Chop the broccoli and add it to the tubers.
Mix the onion, cheese, egg, yogurt, garlic, chopped herbs, salt and pepper.
Shape the burgers with your hands.
Place them on a baking tray covered with oiled baking paper.
