Tip for making crispy fries without a drop of oil


Are  you a fries lover  like us? Do you  like its delicious and crunchy flavor  ? If you are one of these fans, this article is for you.

French fries are  ideal for eating at any time  and can be a side dish  ,  a starter  ,  a main dish with another ingredient on top and   you can season them however you like  . But,  you can do it without consuming a lot of oil  like you did before,  you can do it in a healthier way  .

1.  Ingredients

The first thing you will need is to gather these ingredients:   1 kg of potatoes  ,  2 egg whites and seasonings to taste  (it can be Provençal, paprika, ground chili, salt, rosemary, the one you like the most).

2.  Peel and cut the potatoes

The second thing to do is   to peel the potatoes  ,  wash them and then cut them   into the format you like best. We recommend making it in sticks, slices or very thin cubes.

3.  Mix the egg whites

You must  mix the 2 egg whites in a bowl and   season them with the ingredients you have chosen  .

4.  Add the potatoes and mix

Mix the cut potatoes with the egg and seasoning mixture  . Once everything is well integrated, you must place everything in a roasting pan or baking tray on which you will place baking paper on top.

5.  In the oven  !

Once you have the ingredients mixed and placed on the parchment paper in the mold or tray, you now need to  place it in the oven and bake them for 8 to 10 minutes  .

6.  Remove from oven and put back

Once they have been in the oven for up to 10 minutes and have started to cook,  you need to take them out of the oven  and remove the paper from the base  . Don’t worry if they stick to you a little, you can easily peel them off. And now you need to  put them back on the roasting pan or baking tray but without the paper  for another 15 minutes or until you see them browning  .
